Protective Masks
All of our staff will be wearing protective masks at all times while inside your vehicle, and in our store.
Cleaning Customer Vehicles
We’re cleaning all customer vehicles, including the driver seat, gear shift, steering wheel, and floor coverings.
Cleaning the Store
We are regularly sanitizing and disinfecting all common areas, high touch points, sales counters, and product displays.
Curbside and No-Contact Drop-off and Pick-up Options
We’ll have a key drop box and can take credit card over the phone when it’s time for your appointment.

If you prefer all contact before your appointment to be virtual, ask our Sales Associates about FaceTime or Zoom video consultations.
Restrooms and Waiting Areas Closed
Our customer waiting areas will be closed until further notice. We’re asking everyone with an appointment to drop their vehicle off with us for the day and make arrangements for transportation.
Social Distancing
We’ll be practicing social distancing by carefully monitoring our schedule and limiting the number of people (staff included) inside our store and garage.
Employee Wellness Checks
We’re following our local government safety protocols for illness in our workplace, with most office staff working remotely. In addition, we’re not allowing any employee with any signs of illness to work at Osprey/Boston Truck and Van, and we are checking on our employees for symptoms on a daily basis.
